EMPOWER HOUR

More intense than the rest! Heavier weight training, kettle bell and we feature the Strong Nation program which is a choreographed HIIT workout!

YOGA CLASSES

Join us on the first Thursday for Femme Forte (Power Sculpt) focusing on strength with weights and props. The second and third Thursdays are dedicated to Power Yoga, enhancing strength, flexibility, and endurance, while the last Thursday invites you to unwind through Deep Stretch and Meditation yoga, bring a blanket as we are promoting relaxation and mindfulness.

HIP-HOP DANCE FITNESS

An all-level dance fitness hip-hop class at Empower Movement Studio is a fun, high-energy 1-hour group workout designed to make fitness enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience.  Set to upbeat hip-hop tracks, the session emphasizes rhythm, coordination, and self-expression.

BOX TO THE BEAT

Experience an electrifying 45-minute boxing class that challenges your body and mind. Set to energizing music, this high-intensity session blends powerful bag work, explosive cardio, and strength-building moves. Punch, duck, and weave through dynamic combos, improving endurance, coordination, and core strength.

BARRE STRONG

Barre Strong incorporates elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training.  We will focus on body weight / light weight exercises  with high repetition to achieve proper form and alignment.  You will firm and tone your body while increasing flexibility and balance control.  Just bring a mat, water and no shoes are required.
