ZUMBA

A mix of low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. All Levels! Ditch the workout, join the party!

DANCEFIT HIIT

This high intensity workout creates a high calorie burn that works your body from head to toe with dance, weight training, hiit, core strength, boxing, and barre workouts. Always changing your workouts weekly to continually change your body. Dance is infused throughout the entire program as we try to equally focus on strength and conditioning.

SUPER-SIZE SATURDAY

Super-size Saturday is a mix of Christy's DANCEFIT HIIT, Latin, and hip hop choreography! We do it 

EMPOWER HOUR

Each week we will try a new class to keep our bodies changing and getting stronger! Classes will include, Hip Hop, Weight Training, Barre, Quick box, Strong Nation, and Core Strength!

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a dynamic and challenging form of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. In a Power Yoga class, you can expect to move through a series of poses that are designed to increase your heart rate and build heat the body. With a focus on breath and movement, Power Yoga is a great way to improve your overall fitness and leave you feeling energized and invigorated.

emPOWER Ball

"emPOWER Ball" is a dynamic pop-up fitness class designed to sculpt and strengthen your core using exercise balls for support. Through a series of targeted exercises, participants engage their abdominal and back muscles while stabilizing their bodies on the ball. This innovative approach not only enhances core strength but also improves balance and flexibility, helping attendees achieve their fitness goals whatever the season.
