We are a multicultural private fitness boutique in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We specialize in group dance fitness classes such as the Zumba Fitness program and Christy's Dancefit Hiit program. We also offer yoga classes. This is a space to promote healthy nutrition, physical fitness and positive energy in a bright, friendly environment!

Immerse yourself in the transformative practice of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork at Empower Movement Studio. This unique approach combines rhythmic breathing techniques with mindfulness to release tension, increase energy, and promote emotional healing. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this practice is designed to help you tap into a deeper level of self-awareness and experience profound relaxation.
This practice uses intentional breathing to help calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety. In this workshop, Lisa will take you on a journey deep into your subconscious allowing you to start releasing what no longer serves you.
- Lisa uses tools such as meditation, music, drums, chimes rattles and surround sound headphones to guide you into deeper states of relaxation. With breathwork, you can experience a wide range of benefits, including:

WHAT TO BRING:
a yoga mat, a blanket, 2 pillows, water and a journal. We will be laying on the floor, so for your comfort, a pillow for under your head and under your knees is advised.
It's also very common to get a little cold during the practice, that's why blankets are suggested.
