We are going to work on our *BODY with dance, interval, weight training and feel-good music with DANCEFIT HIIT! Nourish our bodies with a light social *BRUNCH! Lastly, releasing stress and anxiety and just BEING with our thoughts and breathing with *BREATHWORK! @elementalrhythm breathwork experience! Please sign up for the 1 class or the entire event! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Conscious breathwork is a practice that may help to alleviate these feelings. This practice uses intentional breathing to help calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety. In this powerful and transformative workshop, Lisa will take you on a journey deep into your subconscious allowing you to start releasing what no longer serves you. - Lisa uses tools such as meditation, music, drums, chimes rattles and surround sound headphones to guide you into deeper states of relaxation. With breathwork, you can experience a wide range of benefits, including: *Reduced stress and anxiety * Increased relaxation and calmness * Improved mental focus and clarity * Increased energy * Pain relief * Boosted immune system function * Enhanced physical performance * Improved digestion and sleep quality * Increased self-awareness and mindfulness (Breathwork attendees) WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat, a blanket, 2 pillows, water and a journal. We will be laying on the floor, so for your comfort, a pillow for under your head and under your knees is advised. It's also very common to get a little cold during the practice, that's why blankets are suggested.
